Somehow, I found myself living a few unforgettable days in Speyside, I stepped into the shoes of a distiller, helped fill casks, signed my own barrel, and even tasted some incredible drams, from the Contrasts range through to Benromach’s legendary 40 and 50 year old releases. This is the life of a Benromach Champion 2025
Taking you behind the scenes at Benromach Distillery, from warehouse tours and hands on whisky making to choosing a special single cask bottling that will have my face on it. Alongside the brilliant Terri from Unbottling with Terri and Phil from Whisky Wednesday, I got to share drams, stories, and plenty of laughs with an amazing team.
