For me Penderyn certainly has been a bit of a mixed bag, but this bottle from their Gold Series range really is a stand out for me.
The first taste of any Welsh whisky was the now supermarket staple that is Penderyn Madeira finish which a friend picked up for under £30 and brought to a games night. Now this is not a review of that bottle, but let’s just say I didn’t return to any Penderyn bottles for well over a year.
I will have a full written review of Penderyn Rich Oak written up soon. HOWEVER while you wait for words, you can watch me review it on Youtube now! Cheers
