The lineup includes
An easy and approachable blended Scotch with a silky texture with notes of orange chocolate and subtle smoke.
The distillery’s flagship single malt with a stunning natural color and lots of balanced fruity and vibrant blood orange notes.
Often the most recommended bottle in the range, this release delivers a deep, musty, and jammy profile. Heavy PX and Oloroso sherry influence, this is something great.
Despite the age statement and premium price, this expression proved to be the most polarizing of the bunch. A bit one dimensional and dissapointing.
Now we are diving into the the peated whisky range with this 5 Year Old Chinquapin release. It offers a woody, tree-sap intensity with some subtle smoke.
A good marriage of smoke and sherry. Captures the classic sherry bomb characteristics, it does leave it a bit wanting.
